Ideal for an early weekday braai, these sticky kebabs made with yoghurt, curry powder, orange juice and chicken breasts are simply delicious.

Ingredients
- 150 ml plain yoghurt
- 100 ml Knorr Spare Rib Marinade
- 6 chicken breasts, cubed
- 3 ml curry powder
- 50 ml fresh orange juice
- 6–8 lemon grass stalks (or wooden skewers)
Instructions
- Place yoghurt, curry powder, Knorr Spare Rib Marinade, orange juice and cubed chicken in a bowl and marinate in the refrigerator for a minimum of 1 hour
- Thread the chicken onto the lemon grass stalks or wooden skewers and grill or braai until tender
- Baste regularly with the remaining marinade
Once cooked, serve with rocket and roasted cherry tomatoes
